How does your employee assistance program work ?
Our employee assistance program provides counselling and support to employees and their immediate family members. All sessions are conducted off-site in our private practice in Perth or over the phone / video chat. Sessions are strictly confidential and provided by our psychologists or counsellors and psychotherapists depending on your requirements. Your employees will be able to log onto our website to make a booking or do it over the phone 9am-9pm 7 days a week.
How much will it cost to set up and carry out an EAP ?
At Humanique, we strongly believe in fair and transparent pricing. We do not charge any extra administrative fees or lock you into extended contracts. We adopt a pay as you go system where we only charge per session so you do not pay for anything you do not use.
Do you offer anything other than counselling?
We offer a wide range of organisational services for our employee assistance program clients at a reduced cost. These include training and workshops, executive and leadership coaching as well as providing performance audits which help identify HR areas which could be improved. These services are completely optional and we will never recommend something we do not completely believe would be beneficial to your organisation.
Is there a minimum cost or business size ?
Not at all. We work with startups and small businesses from anywhere between 5 to 30+ employees. We do not believe in a minimum cost or quota, simply pay per session for as long as you need. Most employers typically allow for 6 sessions a year for each employee, which we think is a great starting point.
